The MCA has issued a circular on 29th October 2021, which provide for the relaxation of additional fees on annual filing forms.
On request of various stakeholder, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs issued a General Circular No. 17/2021 regarding relaxation on levy of additional fees for annual financial statement filings required to be done for the financial year ended on 31.03.2021.
No there is no additional fees shall be levied up to 31.12.2021 for the filing of e-forms AOC-4, AOC-4 CFS, AOC-4 XBRL, AOC-4 NON XBRL and MGT-7 / MGT-7A in respect of the financial year ended on 31.03.2021. All the annual filing forms related to the financials of the Company is covered in this circular.
Now the Company can file their annual financial statement filings till 31st December 2021 without paying any additional fees. This shall provide the ease to the Companies for filing their applicable forms with their respective ROC.
During the said period i.e. till 31.12.2021, only normal fees shall be payable for the filing of the aforementioned e-forms.
