And then mother of child are denying to take care (custody) of child. Wife hold property of husband as custodion of property on behalf child . And also the child care are cure by grandfather and mother of child are separated from husband’s family. And (wife)proceed (search)for second marriage
Q arise can child custodion (grandfather or uncle)can sue for property of husband which is include child ( interest and right ) against father’s property after death they can claim thier share of property from thier mother. Can grandfather file suit against mother of child on behalf child for child’s rights against property?
